Kick off Dinner - December 2009

Well we started in style - a black tie dinner to get the team spirit flowing - as usual it wasn't just the team spirit that flowed that night!

All the boys went to town in full black tie and were immediatley put to shame by our ladies

A special four peaks Beef Wellington was constructed in honour of the event and the team made short work of conquering the first peak.

More team training is planned in January with Paul promising to show us his culinary skills with a beef stew with sunken dumplings!

So you can see that the team is off to a good start - a little more interval than training but the carbohydrate loading goes well.
